I offer a variety of property-related guidance. From point of enquiry I will help define your requirements, agree a suitable service, schedule a survey (which may include liaison with a tenant and/or your opposition's expert), pre-survey examination of any documentation supplied, inspection on site including testing and photography where applicable, report preparation and provision.

I am always available for post-report questions and continued input in any long-running cases.
