Full Building Survey (Level 3)

Formally called a Full Structural Survey, my Full Building Survey is a comprehensive and detailed report, which will advise on visible or potential problems which could have an adverse affect on the property. I inspect all accessible parts of the property including roof and floor voids, cellars and inspection covers, providing a comprehensive overview of the property.

My report will cover structural movement, with an opinion expressed as to whether the movement is historic or on-going. I will comment on all elements of a building and provide advice if typical life spans of components are reaching or have reached the end of their serviceability. My Full Building Survey includes a schedule of estimated repair costs.

The report advises on the different types of services installed and will identify the services' likely age. My report may make recommendations for further inspection or testing of the services.

The purpose of the report is to provide you with sufficient information to enable you to make an informed decision on the purchase. The report may clarify issues which you have already identified or provide you with a basis to re-negotiate the asking price or indeed whether to proceed with the purchase.

Once you have received the report, I will be happy to talk to you further to clarify any issues that the report may bring about.

My Full Building Survey is presented in a bespoke format tailored to the individual property. The Full Building Survey does not include a market valuation.

If you would like to discuss how we can help, please do not hesitate to contact me.
