Listed building surveys provide specialist guidance to those who are considering the purchase of, or are responsible for the maintenance of, a building under the purview of Historic England.

For prospective property purchasers, I provide a report similar to a Full Building Survey with the addition of advice in respect of listed building compliant maintenance, remedial costs, and legal implications for listed building ownership.
