Architectural Surveying

I offer a full architectural surveying and project management service from residential extensions through to commercial refurbishment projects. My service includes the preparation of Autocad construction drawings and submission of Planning and Building Regulation Applications.

I also offer a full and comprehensive project management role, which includes managing the building works process on your behalf from inception through to completion. I will prepare specifications, contractual matters including legal work, planning and building regulation approval, site supervision, site meetings, processing payment, monitoring during defects liability period and preparation of final accounts. I will be your single point of contact from start to finish and will be responsible for managing the whole process.
