I am an expert in building pathology, inspecting properties across Yorkshire, the North West of England and beyond. I have a strong reputation for impartial, balanced and clear advice in relation to housing disrepair diagnosis, remedial works required to resolve them, as well as costs and liability associated therewith.​

 

When I am approached to identify the cause of a problem, examine a building for defects, or provide my opinion on an item of claim in litigation, I understand that a building must be examined in its entirety to understand the full picture of its condition and any problems which have arisen. My methodology is comprehensive and supported by decades of experience.

I have an extensive knowledge of the region's housing stock with a vast archive of past cases for reference. My instructions regularly take me to properties in Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and West Yorkshire.
