I am a dedicated and expert Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Building Engineer with over 30 years experience of working within the construction industry. Based in Saddleworth, Greater Manchester, I am perfectly placed to offer my services throughout Yorkshire and the North West.
I specialise in 5 key areas: Building Surveys; Expert Witness Reports; Defect Specific Reports; Party Wall Matters and Architectural Surveying.
Serving both residential & commercial markets, my expertise, responsiveness and reliability is second to none. I am a valued partner of Estate Agents, Local Authorities, Social Housing Enterprises, Solicitors, Architects and Developers across Yorkshire and the North West.
Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), I offer a fast service to meet the needs of my busy clients without compromising quality or accuracy.
ABOUT
I am a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), and the proprietor of K Hill Chartered Surveyors. I qualified as a Chartered Building Engineer in 2007 and a Chartered Building Surveyor in 2011. Prior to setting up my own practice in 2013 I worked for 20 years as a Building Surveyor for Kirklees Metropolitan Council where I administered a wide range of local government construction contracts, and 3 years with Kershaw Surveyors in Manchester, specialising in Housing Disrepair claims acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants.
